20 Jan. Another email from the cruise company to advise that they will now bus us around the locks to complete the cruise on another boat.
This after I have spent two days re-booking accommodation and trying to find an alternate cruise. Now I have to ask that our changes in accommodation be cancelled, and the old bookings restored.
